Godrej Properties acquires 23.2-acre Greater Noida land via e-auction

Godrej Properties Wins DMIC Land E-Auction

Godrej Properties has won a competitive e-auction for a prime 23.2-acre residential land parcel in Greater Noida on June 1, 2026. The auction was conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited, the public sector entity overseeing development of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor township.

Development Scale and Revenue

Godrej Properties plans to develop a premium residential group housing project on the site, which is projected to generate an estimated revenue potential of over Rs 7,000 crore based on current business assumptions. The newly acquired plot spans 93,905 square meters and is strategically located within the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor integrated township, an area that features 750 acres of smart plug-and-play infrastructure.

Strategic Location and Connectivity

The land parcel is located within the DMIC Integrated Township, a 750-acre smart industrial and residential hub featuring plug-and-play infrastructure. The project offers strong connectivity to key transport corridors, including the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar.

The upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar, expected to be among the largest airports in Asia when completed, is positioned to dramatically enhance the long-term value of the surrounding residential micro-market.

Godrej's Greater Noida Track Record

Two recent FY26 launches in Greater Noida each delivered sales of approximately ₹1,500 crore, reflecting strong demand in the region. Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO of Godrej Properties, said, "We have witnessed consistent demand for our existing projects in Noida, and we remain bullish on this market".

Godrej Properties is one of the leading real estate developers in the country. It has delivered nearly 80 million sq ft area since 2017-18. In 2025-26, Godrej Properties acquired 18 land parcels, which have a combined revenue potential of ₹42,100 crore.
