Godrej Properties acquires 23.2-acre Greater Noida land with ₹7,000 crore revenue potential

Godrej Properties Secures 23.2-Acre Land in Greater Noida via Competitive E-Auction

On June 1, 2026, Godrej Properties won a competitive e-auction for a prime 23.2-acre residential land parcel in Greater Noida. The auction was conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited. The company plans to develop a premium residential group housing project on the site, projected to generate an estimated revenue potential of over ₹7,000 crore based on current business assumptions.

Strategic Location in Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor

The newly acquired plot spans 93,905 square meters and is strategically located within the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor integrated township, an area that features 750 acres of smart plug-and-play infrastructure. The land parcel benefits from robust connectivity to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar.

The upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar, expected to be among the largest airports in Asia when completed, is positioned to dramatically enhance the long-term value of the surrounding residential micro-market. Greater Noida, with an 18% share of NCR's property market, is a preferred destination for homebuyers, and recorded an impressive 25% growth in residential sales during Q1 2025, the highest quarter-on-quarter increase across NCR.

The acquisition follows a string of highly successful ventures for the developer in the region, including two recent launches that recorded sales of approximately ₹1,500 crore each. By securing this expansive land parcel, Godrej Properties aims to further anchor its position as a dominant player in the highly competitive National Capital Region real estate market.

The project targets the premium housing segment, reflecting Godrej Properties' positioning in the NCR market where Noida and Greater Noida contributed 30% of sales in Delhi NCR during H1 2025 and accounted for 29% of NCR's total launches.
