Godrej Properties has opened the pre-launch of Godrej Bhopal, a plotted residential development on Raisen Road in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The project is being marketed under the name Godrej Plots Bhopal on some platforms and is currently at the pre-launch stage, with buyers able to register interest ahead of the formal launch of Godrej Bhopal.
The development spans roughly 46 to 50 acres and is planned to include around 300 to 500 residential plots. Unlike the apartment towers that dominate many Indian cities, the project is focused entirely on individual plots, offering buyers the chance to build homes to their own design in a planned layout.

Plot sizes are planned at about 1,200 to 3,000 sq ft for most of the layout, with some listings indicating a wider range of 1,000 to 4,500 sq ft. A pre-launch listing puts the price at around Rs 55.99 lakh, while pricing for the wider inventory is available on request. Payment plan details and expression of interest terms will be shared closer to launch.
Possession is indicated for the period between December 2026 and December 2027, and one FAQ on the project pages describes handover as expected two to three years from launch. The planned amenities and specifications include:
