Godrej Properties made its debut in Hyderabad in February 2024, when it acquired a 12.5-acre land parcel in Rajendra Nagar for Rs 350 crore. Later that year it secured a 3-acre plot in Kokapet to develop a residential project of about 1.2 million square feet. In January 2025, Godrej Madison Avenue was launched and saw more than 300 homes sold within weeks, a result that reflected the group's reach in the city.
