Godrej Properties wins 23.2-acre land parcel in Greater Noida via e-auction
Strategic Land Win in Delhi-Mumbai Corridor Hub
Godrej Properties won a 23.2-acre residential land parcel in the DMIC Integrated Township in Greater Noida through an e-auction conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited on June 1, 2026. The company plans to develop a premium group housing project on the land parcel, with estimated revenue potential exceeding ₹7,000 crore based on current business assumptions.
Location and Connectivity
The plot is located within the DMIC Integrated Township, a 750-acre smart industrial and residential hub featuring plug-and-play infrastructure. The site forms part of the Greater Noida market, a growth corridor connected to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar.
The Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) Integrated Township is a master-planned zone conceived as part of India's most ambitious industrial development programme. For residential buyers and investors, the township model offers planned utilities and coordinated infrastructure that typically comes from nationally-backed infrastructure projects rather than standalone developments.
Godrej's Greater Noida Momentum
Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO, Godrej Properties, said the company has witnessed consistent demand for its existing projects in Noida and remains bullish on the market. The acquisition further strengthens Godrej Properties' presence in the Greater Noida market, which has emerged as a key residential growth corridor in the National Capital Region.
In FY25-26, Godrej Properties acquired 18 land parcels with a combined revenue potential of ₹42,100 crore. The company delivered nearly 80 million square feet of area since 2017-18. Recent launches in Greater Noida by Godrej have shown strong absorption: the company had previously launched two projects in this region during FY25-26, each generating sales of approximately ₹1,500 crore.
Project Scope
The 93,905 square metre parcel will be developed as a residential group housing project comprising premium apartment configurations. While details on unit mix and launch timeline have not been announced, the revenue potential of ₹7,000 crore indicates a large-scale mixed-use development aligned with township standards.
The project will compete with other premium residential developments emerging in the corridor, supported by the same infrastructure backbone that has attracted industrial investment to the DMIC zone.
