Godrej Vanantara launches in Bangalore, sells ₹2,000 crore worth homes in first week

Launched in the first week of June 2026, Godrej Vanantara has emerged as one of the most successful launches in the South Bengaluru micro-market, with well over 1,000 homes sold in the launch week. Godrej Properties announced that it has sold homes worth over Rs 2,000 crore in its project, Godrej Vanantara, located off Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru.

Project Scale and Revenue Potential

Godrej Vanantara is among GPL's largest residential developments in South India, with a developable potential of ~3.53 million sq. ft. and an estimated revenue potential of ~Rs 3,700 crore. The project covers 36 acres with 16 high-rise towers and 2,008 apartments across 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4.5 BHK configurations. Sizes range from 1,295 sq. ft. to 2,915 sq. ft. Prices start at Rs. 1.57 Crore.

Spanning 36 acres, the development is defined by expansive open spaces, landscaped greens, a 65,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, low-density planning, and over 50 curated lifestyle amenities designed to deliver a distinctive, high-quality living experience in one of Bengaluru's key growth corridors. Godrej Vanantara amenities are anchored by a 1,02,600 sq. ft. clubhouse with 30+ indoor amenities and 70+ outdoor amenities across the 36-acre site. Indoor facilities include a gymnasium, swimming pools, co-working space, mini theatre, and indoor sports courts. Outdoor amenities include a skate park, pet park, forest bathing zone, cricket nets, and an amphitheatre. The total amenity count across the site is 100+.

Location and Connectivity

Closeness to the upcoming Namma Metro Pink Line — Kalena Agrahara station (5.2 km / 14 min drive) opens with Phase 1 in August 2026; Hulimavu (6.3 km / 16 min) and Electronic City Metro on the Yellow Line (11 km / 16 min via NICE) round out the metro coverage — gives a seamless commute to Central and North Bangalore.
