Godrej Vanantara received full RERA approval on 13 May 2026 under registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/130526/008653. The approval marks the formal start of construction for one of South Bangalore's largest single-phase residential developments.
The project is fully approved under a single registration for all 16 towers and 2,008 apartments, eliminating the phased regulatory approvals that typically characterize large township projects. The 36-acre site is located at Hommadevanahalli Village, just off Dinnepalya Road on Bannerghatta Road.
Project Scale and Configuration
The project spans 36 acres with 16 high-rise towers and 2,008 apartments across 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4.5 BHK configurations. Unit sizes range from 1,295 sq. ft. to 2,915 sq. ft., with prices starting at Rs. 1.57 Crore.
The towers span 30 to 32 floors, and the project houses over 3,500 trees and 2 natural lakes within its premises. The centerpiece is a 1,02,600 sq. ft. clubhouse featuring 30+ named indoor amenities and 70+ outdoor amenities.
Construction Timeline and Delivery
Groundwork and digging commenced on May 15, 2026, with main foundation work scheduled to begin on November 11, 2026. The official RERA completion date is May 31, 2031, with estimated home handovers beginning in October 2031.
Site preparation includes land leveling, heavy machinery arrival, and soil testing completion, which clears engineers for main foundation work. The construction schedule includes basement and lower ground completion from December 2026 to July 2028, main structure work from June 2028 to October 2029, and final finishing from March 2029 to April 2031.
