Construction Timeline
Construction of Godrej Vanantara commenced on 15 May 2026 with proposed completion on 31 May 2031, marking it as one of the largest single-development residential launches in Bengaluru South in 2026. The project launched on 13 May 2026, and possession is scheduled for October 2031 as per RERA.
