Court Order and Relief
In its order dated September 3, 2026, the court noted that the parties had finally reconciled their disputes and that the settlement agreement had been duly executed and finalised. Pursuant to the settlement, the Bombay High Court quashed FIR No. 183 of 2026 registered at Vikhroli Police Station, Mumbai, along with all further consequential proceedings arising from it.
The High Court also directed that the Look Out Circulars issued against the petitioners be quashed following the quashing of the FIR and criminal proceedings.
Background of the Dispute
The dispute had originated from a complaint filed earlier in connection with statutory filings related to the LLP formed for the jointly developed Gurugram project. On 25 August, the Bombay High Court ordered the immediate and unconditional release of Orris Infrastructure's Managing Director, Amit Gupta, after being informed that the two companies had settled the matter.
