Godrej Properties has launched Godrej Altus, a residential apartment development in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. The launch was listed on 26 February 2026. Set across 3.06 acres, the project comprises four towers and 131 homes, with 3 and 4 BHK configurations.

The project is registered with the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority under MAA16636/240326/071131. Its RERA possession timeline is November 2031. Project listings also give a developer target possession date of 1 December 2029. As of 15 July 2026, construction was reported at 5% completion.
