The project is planned across 10 acres, with nine high-rise towers comprising two basements, a ground floor and 15 floors. It is expected to include approximately 800–900 apartments in 3, 3.5, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations.

Configurations, pricing and possession

The stated price range is ₹2.88 crore to ₹4.50 crore. Entry-level 3 BHK homes are listed from ₹2.88 crore, with an approximate carpet area of 1,600 sq ft. The 3.5 BHK range is ₹3.2 crore to ₹3.8 crore. The 4.5 BHK homes are priced at ₹4.0 crore to ₹4.50 crore; the largest are described as approximately 2,500 sq ft and include dedicated maid’s rooms.
