The acquisition marks the developer's fourth major land purchase in 2025–26, signaling sustained capital deployment in the National Capital Region. The project is expected to offer an estimated revenue potential of over ₹7,000 crore.

The 23.2-acre plot sits inside the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor's 750-acre smart infrastructure township—plug-and-play utilities, planned connectivity, institutional development built around it.
