Godrej Acquires 23.2-Acre Land Parcel at DMIC Greater Noida
On June 1st, Godrej Properties Limited announced that it has successfully won a bid for a 23.2-acre residential land parcel located within the DMIC Integrated Township in Greater Noida through an e-auction process. The proposed development on this site is expected to generate revenue exceeding ₹7,000 crore for Godrej Properties.
Location and Strategic Context
Located along the prestigious Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor, this grand township is designed for families who want a modern lifestyle with excellent connectivity and future growth potential. The plot is located in DMIC integrated township, Greater Noida which hosts 750 acres of smart plug-and-play infrastructure. It forms part of the Greater Noida market, a major growth corridor with connectivity to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar.
The forthcoming township is envisioned to accommodate 30,000 residents and generate over 50,000 employment opportunities. The township is exclusively planned for Hi-Tech/IT, Bio-Tech and R&D units and will also have residential and commercial development in future.

Spread across 23.2 acres, Godrej DMIC is a pre-launch residential project that offers spacious 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK homes. This project will comprise premium residential apartments of various sizes.
