Godrej Properties Wins Bid for 23.2-Acre Greater Noida Plot
Godrej Properties has won the bid for a 23.2-acre residential land parcel in the DMIC integrated township in Greater Noida through an e-auction conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited. The acquisition occurred on June 1, 2026.
Project Scope and Revenue Potential
The company plans to develop a premium group housing project on the site, comprising residential apartments across multiple configurations. The proposed development is estimated to have a revenue potential of more than Rs 7,000 crore.
Location and Infrastructure Context
The land parcel is located within the DMIC Integrated Township, a 750-acre smart industrial and residential hub featuring plug-and-play infrastructure. The plot has direct access to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, which connects Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida onward to Kundli.
The Integrated Industrial Township-Greater Noida spans 747 acres and is a flagship DMIC project located southeast of Greater Noida, abutting the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and Delhi-Howrah railway line.

The DMIC Integrated Township is a planned industrial and urban development project that forms part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, one of India's largest infrastructure initiatives, aimed at fostering manufacturing, logistics, and urbanization along the Delhi-Mumbai route.
