The acquisition, announced in June 2026, positions the developer for a significant residential plotted development in a region experiencing sustained demand for well-planned communities.

Located off Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), the site offers connectivity to major IT and industrial hubs, including SIPCOT and Siruseri. The location provides easy access through OMR to employment zones along the Siruseri-Kelambakkam corridor, while linking to emerging residential and commercial destinations such as Vandalur, Guduvanchery, and the broader Mahabalipuram region.

The OMR corridor has benefited from improving transportation infrastructure and a concentration of technology and manufacturing operations.
