Godrej Nest reaches its 100th handover
Godrej Properties has completed the 100th home handover at Godrej Nest in Sector 150, Noida, the company announced on 6 October 2026. The milestone was marked through Shubh Aarambh, the company's home-handover initiative that turns the possession process into a celebration of the keys being handed over.
The company said it has delivered more than 3,000 homes across Delhi-NCR over the past 12 months, and that 120 families have received the keys to their homes at Godrej Nest in the last few weeks. Actor Sanya Malhotra joined the celebration and surprised the 100th family as they walked into their new home.
The families and the celebration
The 100th handover went to Mr Sampath Kumar Bodhulla and Mrs Charu Bodhulla. Speaking about the day, the family said that receiving the keys to their Godrej home was special, and that meeting Sanya Malhotra made the moment even more joyful and memorable.
Malhotra described the milestone as one filled with excitement, hope and new memories. She said the philosophy behind Godrej Nest, “Life, On Your Time”, resonated with her.

Godrej Nest is a residential project in Sector 150, Noida, offering 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. The company has highlighted a range of shared amenities for residents, including:

Sector 150 lies within one of Noida's premium residential micro-markets, along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Godrej Properties points to the micro-market's low-density planning, green surroundings and connectivity as the reasons for its growing residential appeal. The site has direct access to the expressway, which links residents to the wider National Capital Region.
