Following the change, Pirojsha Godrej will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel of Godrej Properties from the close of business on August 13, 2026.
Shareholder Approval Process
The postal ballot was initiated by the company on August 13, 2026, with final results verified by the independent scrutinizer, M/s. A. K. Jain & Co. This approval provides official regulatory and governance clarity to the market regarding the board's leadership. The high approval rating indicates strong shareholder consensus on the proposed governance structure.
