Godrej Regent Park has secured Karnataka RERA registration under number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/150726/008810. The regulatory approval marks the formal completion of pre-launch procedures, allowing the developer to proceed with Phase 1 sales activities on the Sarjapur Road property in East Bengaluru.
