On October 27, 2025, Godrej Properties Limited announced that it had received RERA approval for Phase 1 of its premium residential project, Godrej Trilogy, located in Worli, Mumbai. The company has obtained the project registration certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA).

The first phase includes 2 towers — Seaturf and Seafront, spanning approximately 11,00,000 sq. ft. of saleable area. The comprehensive development is designed to consist of three towers and is projected to generate a gross revenue potential exceeding Rs 10,000 crore. The project involves redevelopment of a prime 2.63-acre land parcel situated just off Dr. Annie Besant Road.
