Godrej Properties, the real estate arm of the Godrej Group, acquired about 11.36 acres in Sector 63A on Golf Course Extension Road. In early March 2026 it told stock exchanges that the residential development on that land could generate roughly ₹4,500 crore in revenue. This parcel is the core of Godrej Developments' presence in the sector.
The same site appears in listings under two names. Godrej Verano is the branded name used across most property portals, while Godrej Sector 63A is the locality-led version. Configurations quoted across listings run from 2 BHK to 5 BHK, with penthouse options in some versions.
Portal listings place Godrej Verano from about ₹5.91 crore. Rathi Global Realty's research records average flat prices rising from about ₹11,951 per sq ft in 2021 to ₹17,889 per sq ft in 2025. Because the figures vary by basis and date, project-level pricing is the more useful comparison.
The sector is reached through Golf Course Extension Road, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, the Southern Peripheral Road and NH-48. Cyber Hub is listed at about ten minutes by road and IGI Airport at about 25 minutes. The nearest operating metro is Rapid Metro's Sector 55 and 56 station, about 5 km away. Proposed works include a 4.2 km elevated corridor on the Southern Peripheral Road from Vatika Chowk to NH-48, and a 36 km Sector 56 to Pachgaon metro proposed along Golf Course Extension Road and the Southern Peripheral Road. Both are pipeline projects rather than current access.
Medical access nearby includes Kriti Hospital, Anand Hospital and Kamal Hospital and Maternity Centre. Retail and entertainment are available at Hong Kong Bazaar Mall, 222 and SRS Cinemas. Schools, hospitals and business hubs are spread along the Golf Course Extension Road corridor.
Godrej Properties has a Gurugram portfolio across several sectors, including Sora in Sector 53, Alira in Sector 39, Miraya in Sector 43, Aristocrat in Sector 49, Zenith in Sector 89 and Vrikshya in Sector 103. Sector 63A adds to that footprint on the Golf Course Extension Road belt, where the group has been consolidating its holdings.
