Regulatory Clearance for Godrej Varanya Phase 2

Godrej Varanya Phase 2, located at Plot No. 17, 18, 19 in Sector 5A, Kharghar, received its MahaRERA registration certificate on January 23, 2026, under registration number PM1271012502176. The registration remains valid through June 30, 2034.

The regulatory approval marks a formal milestone for the 6.54-acre development, signifying full compliance with Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority norms and buyer protections under the RERA Act 2016. The project is fully RERA-registered and has been approved by the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority, complying with all norms that protect homebuyer interests.

Project Scope and Scale

The project features a single residential tower with 9 habitable floors and a total of 71 apartments. Because of this boutique scale, residents benefit from fewer homes per floor, reduced crowding, and a quieter community atmosphere.
